A media-driven healthcare advocacy initiative exposing failures, delivering solutions, and restoring dignity in care.
About Us
Hospital Connect TV is a media-driven healthcare advocacy and intervention initiative created by On Point. Our mission is to expose systemic failures, negligence, and operational gaps within hospitals that lead to preventable and unacceptable deaths.
We believe lives are lost not because treatment is impossible, but because basic healthcare systems fail. Through investigative storytelling and public education, we empower communities to demand better standards of care.
Beyond exposure, we mobilize funding and partnerships to support under-resourced hospitals with essential medical equipment.
We expose critical gaps, negligence, and systemic failures in hospitals that lead to preventable deaths — and we take action to fix them.
We expose the problem. We deliver solutions. We save lives.
Vision
A healthcare system where every patient receives safe, dignified, and timely care — and where preventable deaths are eliminated through transparency, accountability, and adequate resources.
Too many patients are dying — not because their conditions are untreatable, but because hospitals lack the most basic equipment needed to care for them.
In overcrowded hospitals, patients are forced to lie on floors, corridors, or wait endlessly for beds. Critical treatment is delayed, dignity is lost, and lives are unnecessarily cut short — simply because there are not enough hospital beds.
Patients who cannot walk are often carried by relatives or left unattended due to lack of wheelchairs. Delays in movement mean delays in care — turning survivable conditions into fatal outcomes.
